On this page there are two Instructional videos for you to start with today. Watch these first before you do any of the 9-Minute Workouts. Safety first. You can also download them for future reference.

My Original 9-Minute Workout. This is my go-to workout. I use this whenever I want a workout and need it done in 9 minutes. If I think about my workout and decide that I want to focus or work on other areas of the body then I modify this workout with components from one of the other 8 variations below.

The 8 Variations of the 9-Minute Workouts. These workouts are all variations of the original that focus on specific areas of the body. Depending on you and your lifestyle, you will want to change up your routines as you go along. All these are equally effective. Make it your policy to master each movement before you move on. And as you progress, add weighs or bands to increase the intensity - don't focus on doing more reps.
